Parking

Free, secure and well-lighted parking is available in the State of Connecticut parking lots located along Capitol Avenue. For customers displaying a disabled parking permit, there are a number of parking spaces in those state parking lots on Capitol Avenue. Disabled parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition, valet parking is available for each performance at a cost of $12 per vehicle. The valet parking service is located on Trinity Street.

The Bushnell

Forums take place in Mortensen Hall at the historic Bushnell Theater in downtown Hartford.

166 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT 06106.
From I-91 North and Southbound:
  1. Take Capitol Area Exit 29A.
  2. Go straight to the rotary. Go halfway around rotary, and bear right onto Elm Street.
  3. Take first left onto West Street.
  4. Take right onto Capitol Avenue.
  5. The Bushnell is one block on the right.
From I-84 Eastbound:
  1. Take Capitol Avenue/Asylum Street Exit 48B.
  2. Bear right for Capitol Avenue.
  3. At light, turn left onto Capitol Avenue.
  4. The Bushnell is one block down on the left.
From I-84 Westbound:
  1. Exit Downtown Hartford.
  2. At light go left onto Columbus Boulevard.
  3. At third traffic light, turn right onto Arch Street.
  4. Go through two lights and onto rotary.
  5. Go halfway around rotary, bear right onto Elm Street.
  6. Take first left onto West Street.
Public Transportation

CTfasttrak and CTtransit 860.525.9181

CTfastrak and CTtransit are great options for getting to downtown Hartford, including The Bushnell. CTfastrak is Connecticut’s new bus rapid transit system with frequent service and free parking in many locations. CTtransit has routes that serve downtown from the entire greater Hartford region.

CTRail Hartford Line

The new CTRail commuter train services New Haven, Hartford, and Springfield, with station stops in greater Hartford, including Windsor Locks, Windsor, Berlin, and Meriden.
